Warranty and insurance on products

On products supplied by XNotebooks is the standard manufacturer's warranty applies.  

What types are there?

(1) Carry in

Carry in warranty means that you send the product by yourself  to us. After repair / replace of the product, we send it back to your address on our cost valid for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.


(2) Pickup & Delivery

Pickup & Delivery means that the product would be picked up at your address with a carrier assigned by XNotebooks. After repair we send it back to your adress. Valid for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France

It is possible to choose Pickup & Delivery Warranty when configuring your notebook. All adjustments made by us and changes in products are handled by our Technical service and you can choose them when configuring your notebook.

(3) Brightpixel warranty

If you order the bright pixel warranty with your notebook we will check the notebook for the presence of Bright Pixels, these pixels in the colors green, red or blue light constantly, you should check your notebook on it upon receipt and you must notify us when bright pixels are present within 8 days. 

(4) Broken cable power adapters

Broken wire of the supplied power cable with the notebook power adapters are not under warranty, so it is important there to the cord (cable) especially at the output of the adapter not to roll up or to put pressure on it since then in most cases over time a break occurs.

Service Request

XNotebooks® distinguishes itself from the regular notebook manufacturers by completely by yourself configurated notebook to be supplied, which meets the needs of both business and private customers. XNotebooks® offers both business and private customers excellent service in order to ensure that a good working product can always be delivered. Sometimes it is difficult to determine whether a problem is caused by software, and whether it is a hardware failure. This is because all hardware controlled by BIOS / FIRMWARE and software. Always Consider what happens is if there occurs a problem? Example, if you installed a driver or a Windows update and you get a software problem. Xnotebooks® advises first always perform a recovery procedure to be followed if a service request will be made. A simple recovery procedure will in most cases solve your problem. You can't find the problem? Then you are free to send an email to services@xnotebooks.nl. Do not worry, you can always request a repair. XNotebooks® will investigate and correct the hardwareproblem. Xnotebooks® will at all times contact once the problems are related to a defect which can not be handled under the standard warranty terms. XNotebooks® will never carry out a repair without authorization or agreement wich fee will be charged, without agreement XNotebooks® will send the defective product back to your address andcreate standard labor charge and research costs. After payment of these costs XNotebooks® will send the product back.
